Dr. Richard Anderson
Medical Director

Board-certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience in facial aesthetics and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Anderson founded Facial Injectables after recognizing a critical gap in hands-on injectable training for healthcare professionals. He has personally trained over 5,000 practitioners and is a frequent keynote speaker at national aesthetic medicine conferences. His research on cannula-guided filler techniques has been published in the Journal of Aesthetic Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Maria Santos
Lead Instructor, Dermal Fillers
DO, FAAD
Board-certified dermatologist specializing in non-surgical facial rejuvenation with over 15 years of clinical experience. Dr. Santos is renowned for her expertise in advanced filler techniques, particularly lip augmentation and mid-face volumization. She developed several of the proprietary injection protocols used in our advanced filler courses. Before joining Facial Injectables, she served as Director of Cosmetic Dermatology at a leading New York teaching hospital.

Dr. James Mitchell
Lead Instructor, TMJ & Therapeutics

A pioneer in therapeutic Botox applications for dental and TMJ patients with 18 years of specialized experience. Dr. Mitchell has published extensively on neurotoxin therapy for orofacial pain management and is one of fewer than 200 dentists in the United States with dual fellowship in both orofacial pain and dental sleep medicine. His TMJ injection protocols are used by practitioners across the country and have helped thousands of patients find relief from chronic jaw pain.

Double board-certified in emergency medicine and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Kim brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to her teaching. With her MBA from Wharton, she helps students not only master injection techniques but also build profitable aesthetic practices. She is a nationally recognized trainer for several major filler and neurotoxin manufacturers and has treated over 10,000 patients in her own thriving aesthetic practice.

Dr. Elena Vasquez
Lead Instructor, PDO Threads
MD, FAAFP
Board-certified family medicine physician who transitioned to aesthetic medicine over a decade ago and became one of the country's foremost experts in PDO thread lifting. Dr. Vasquez trained extensively in South Korea, the birthplace of modern thread lifting techniques, and has performed over 3,000 thread lift procedures. She designed our PDO thread curriculum and is recognized as a Key Opinion Leader by multiple thread manufacturing companies.

Dr. Michael Torres
Lead Instructor, Under-Eye & Nose

Board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon specializing in delicate periorbital and nasal aesthetic procedures. Dr. Torres spent five years on the faculty at Johns Hopkins before joining Facial Injectables, where he leads instruction in our Under-Eye Filler and Non-Surgical Nose Training courses. His meticulous technique and deep understanding of nasal and orbital anatomy make him one of the most sought-after instructors in our program.

Dr. Catherine Park
Director of Curriculum Development

Board-certified in preventive medicine with a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, Dr. Park oversees the development and continuous improvement of all Facial Injectables training curricula. Her background in evidence-based medicine and patient safety ensures that every course we offer meets the highest standards of clinical rigor. She also leads our complication management training modules and conducts ongoing outcomes research on our graduates.

Dr. Robert Chen
Lead Instructor, Botox Certification
MD, FAAD
Board-certified dermatologist and one of the original faculty members of Facial Injectables with over 22 years of experience in neurotoxin therapy. Dr. Chen is the lead instructor for our flagship Botox Certification Course and has personally trained more practitioners in neurotoxin injection than any other instructor in our organization. His patient, methodical teaching style has earned him consistently perfect student evaluation scores year after year.
