Cancellation Policy

Live Training Courses
30+ Days Before Course Date
Full refund or free transfer to another date/location.
15-29 Days Before Course Date
50% refund or free transfer to another date/location.
Less Than 15 Days Before Course Date
No refund. One free transfer to a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.
No-Shows
No refund or transfer for no-shows without prior notification.
Online Courses
Online course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. After 7 days or upon completion of more than 25% of content, online courses are non-refundable.
Membership Plans
Membership plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used. After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable but remain active through the membership period. Unused course credits included with membership packages do not carry over to the next membership period.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Facial Injectables cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available course date at no additional cost.
