Online course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. After 7 days or upon completion of more than 25% of content, online courses are non-refundable.
Membership plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used. After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable but remain active through the membership period. Unused course credits included with membership packages do not carry over to the next membership period.

In the rare event that Facial Injectables cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available course date at no additional cost.
